the room cleanliness could be improved. The amenities were impressive, especially the breakfast buffet, but I noticed some dust and unemptied bins. Overall, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the great hospitality from the team, especially Chef Darius.

We enjoyed an incredible 3-night experience! Staff went above and beyond, even assisting us during a mishap with our ride. The Deluxe King Room was spacious with a heavenly bed and a large sofa, perfect for relaxing. Pro tip, Arrive early for breakfast to avoid long lines!

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast featured a great variety of local and international dishes. their free buggy service to the nearby mall was a delightful bonus during our walks.

The pool was AMAZING! I loved lounging all day with sun and shade. The tepid saltwater took some getting used to. The staff were friendly, but the play area for kids could use more toys. 😊

The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every day. The spacious room offered a fantastic city view which made our stay more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, truly something for everyone.

Though the check-in process took longer than expected, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

I stayed in a spacious family room with a fine view from the top floor. It was great that they offered a free shuttle to a nearby mall which saved us a lot of time. The welcome chocolate really hit the spot.

One major drawback is the limited dining options with only one restaurant on-site. additional culinary variety would enhance the experience. Housekeeping isn't daily, which could be inconvenient for some—running low on toiletries after two days is a bit annoying. Also, a weighing machine and laundry baskets in the bathrooms would be practical improvements.

I had the most fabulous three nights! The breakfast spread was grand, fresh pastries lined up next to hearty dishes. I was in brunch heaven! The outdoor pool was a tropical paradise, and I loved lounging in the sun while sipping on refreshing drinks.
