Chatrium Grand Bangkok

The AC directly over the bed was unbearable! Even at the lowest setting, I felt a freezing draft all night. Sleeping became impossible, and I ended up catching a cold.

the hotel has absolutely perfect location very close to the major malls, other restaurants and which connects to 3 other malls. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved pratunam district.

Great options at breakfast. Stunning and fantastic location in Bangkok, very close to Siam Paragon, platinum Mall, MBK mall and other markets, Siam Paragon shopping mall and Bangkok.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool offered a stunning view. Though our room wasn't ready right away and service at the pool was slow, those minor hiccups didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay. The complimentary shuttles were a great bonus!

we had a very pleasant stay thanks to hotel's helpful staff. everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were extremely rude. the breakfast was excellent and great and the ambiance was special. the location was nice and incredible, for example, central world shopping plaza was within walking distance of the venue. further, it was short walk to other restaurants, the nearest shopping malls and other shops and hotels. the service was absolutely great.

This hotel is modern with attentive employees with great customer service at front desk and Savio. The venue offers a huge variety of food that was excellent!

The room cleanliness could be improved. The amenities were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, but I noticed some dust and unemptied bins. I appreciated the cute atmosphere and the great hospitality from the team, especially Chef Darius.

We had a fantastic stay at the chatrium, where everything felt luxurious. the architecture and design made the hotel very inviting, and our spacious room was a perfect retreat. the breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive range of international cuisines, all expertly prepared. the attentive staff always greeted us with warmth and ensured our needs were met, enhancing our overall experience.

Lovely Stay with Really good Service

We enjoyed an very nice 3-night experience! Staff were really good, even assisting us during a mishap with our ride. The Beautiful King Room was spacious with a heavenly bed and a large sofa. Pro tip, Arrive early for breakfast to avoid long lines!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast featured a great variety of local and international dishes. Their free buggy service to the nearby mall was a good bonus during our walks.

gym was a bit too crowded.

The pool was AMAZING! I loved lounging all day with sun and shade. The tepid saltwater took some getting used to. The staff were friendly, but the play area for kids could use more toys 😊

The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety each day. Free buggy service to the nearby shopping mall was very convenient. Staff were attentive. I highly recommend this place 😄

Incredibly spacious rooms with a huge sofa for lounging and an excellent pool. Loved the fine gym and the complimentary welcome snacks!

The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every day. The spacious room offered a fantastic city view . The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, something for everyone.

Though the check-in process took longer than expected, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.
